We are recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for Southern Charity Hospital, a unique organisation providing healthcare to people who are unable to access treatment through the public system or afford private care.
Working closely with the General Manager and an exceptional team of volunteer clinicians, you’ll lead the safe, high-quality delivery of clinical services including colonoscopy, dental and perioperative care.
The role will see you:
You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with senior theatre/perioperative experience, proven leadership capability and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. Endoscopy experience is highly desirable.

- Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and coordination
- Lead and support the Hospital’s volunteer clinical team
- Oversee patient care, clinical referrals, procedure lists and service delivery
- Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and Clinical Committee
You’ll be an experienced Registered Nurse with senior theatre/perioperative experience, proven leadership capability and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. Endoscopy experience is highly desirable.
