My Story: Teresa

Teresa has been with Medcall for eight years. Before that, she spent a decade working in health and aged care. We asked her a few questions.

What have you enjoyed about working at Medcall?

“I have always felt well looked after. They're very understanding and accommodating. The variety of hours and being able to create your own rosters — it just really works for me. Medcall truly is a brilliant company and I just don't see myself leaving.”

Any advice for those thinking about working in aged care?

“Over the past 18 years, the amount of love, respect, and appreciation I have received has made it all worthwhile. It is such a rewarding job.”
